After doing Mother Teresa, I had prints made and gave them to the Knights of Columbus to sell for the mission fund. The printer was proud of the job and hung it on his wall. A New Orleans ad firm was looking for an artist for a poster for the Pope’s second visit to the United States and by chance stopped by the print shop in Gulfport, Mississippi, and saw the Mother Teresa print and got in touch. Gore Grafics in Los Angeles did the printing and the original was appraised at $25,000.00.
